Costs & Rates
- RFMH applications: $625/hour + $65 neuroradiology reading per subject
- Non-RFMH* applications: $725/hour + $65 neuroradiology reading per subject
- Industry-sponsored contracts: $1,225/hour + $60 neuroradiology reading per subject
Budget note: Include an annual 3% increase for subsequent years.
*If the CU source of funding is not an NIH grant, please speak to Janelle to make additional arrangements.
Ongoing studies will continue at the agreed-upon rates.
Scheduling
The MRI Calendar is available on Calpendo (nyspi.calpendo.com).
If you are using Calpendo for the first time, please contact Shiva regarding access. Projects will be added to Calpendo once officially approved.
Scanner Availability:
Mon–Fri: 8 am – 8 pm (extended hours available by request)
Weekends: 9 am – 5 pm (additional hours negotiable)
Same-day scheduling is possible pending operator availability.
