The Environment of Care Committee reports on its activities and makes recommendations to the Governing Body, the Medical Staff Committee, the Director and his Deputies through

• Minutes and Reports of monthly meetings
• Scheduled formal reports
• Reports evaluating the effectiveness of the program
  • formally on an annual basis.
    
    • by knowledgeable Institute staff
• informally on an ongoing basis
  • through self-evaluation of trends, etc
    
• Special reports made as needed, depending upon the monitoring and evaluation of data and the institutional experience of the Committee, it's Chairman, the Chief Safety and Security Officer or any other source.

The Committee receives feed-back and takes appropriate actions as appropriate.
