Minutes and Reports of Regular Meetings

• Draft is read and, at the next meeting, corrected/accepted by the membership.

EOC Committee Minutes and Reports are comprehensive, and regularly  contain statistical material, images, etc of a type usually seen in more "formal" reports. This approach is taken to convey relevant information re specific issues and trends in an ongoing and meaningful way. 

Active Web versions of official Minutes and Reports of  the Environment of Care Committee meetings are available to authorized parties on-line through NYSPI's Intranet. These provide direct links to additional relevant materials from the Institute's records or from the world-at-large.

Approved Minutes and Reports become a permanent record of the Institute and are distributed to: 

• the Membership, 
• the Governing Body (via the Director), 
• the Committee of the Medical Staff (via its chairperson) 
• other members of the Administration.
