The Environment of Care Committee is composed of representatives of the Institute's various disciplines so that an appropriately broad spectrum of training and experience may be utilized in the conduct of its duties. Representation includes: Administration, Clinical Services, Support Services, Research, Education, and employee organizations.

It is important to note that members of the Environment of Care Committee serve on other committees within the Institute. This cross-membership fosters the Institute's policy that information will be communicated widely to a broad spectrum of disciplines where it will be evaluated and acted upon in an orderly and productive manner.

Members are expected to attend meetings a regular basis - - sending representatives when they cannot attend personally.
