Special attention is paid to recent extraordinary events or expected upcoming occasions.

Agenda: 

Review of draft minutes of previous meeting 

• Minutes are recorded at each meeting with draft copies distributed to the membership before the next scheduled meeting. 
• Draft is read and accepted/corrected by the membership at the next meeting. 

• the membership, 
• the Governing Body (via the Director), 
• the Committee of the Medical Staff (via its Chairperson) 
• other members of the Administration.
