Members of the Environment of Care Committee will:

• make a reasonable effort to attend a minimum of 50% of all meetings.
• designate an appropriate alternate to attend in their place whenever they know in advance that they will be unable to be at a Committee meeting.
  • Members will so advise the Chairman in a timely manner

The Chairman will regularly review attendance patterns and:

• advise members whose attendance is below par
• seek improvement
• seek replacement of those who cannot regularly attend
• seek alternate or expanded participation as changing circumstances may warrant
